Job Overview
The Senior Specialist, Learning & Development Consultant for Integrated Account Management (IAM) is a strategic learning partner within the company portfolio. This role supports capability development across the IAM organization by working closely with business leaders and cross‐functional stakeholders to identify gaps, assess needs, and design learning solutions that enhance skills and drive organizational effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership, marketers, payer marketers, and key business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and capability needs.
- Develop and execute learning journeys and strategies aligned with IAM business objectives, including blended learning approaches (instructor‐led, e‐learning, virtual, workshops, performance support).
- Lead multiple complex learning projects, managing timelines, priorities, stakeholder expectations, and vendor partners (Legal, Compliance, Learning Creation, Partnerships).
- Collaborate with the IAM Strategic Insights team to support the adoption of the Organized Customer Engagement Process (OCEP), creating OCEP‐related learning resources for Account Executives.
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs that support upskilling, onboarding, role‐transition, and long‐term capability building for field teams.
- Measure learning impact and communicate results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Education & Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (or completion in progress) or equivalent relevant work experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales, account management, or related sales/account management training experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication; influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and high attention to detail.
- Experience working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of customer‐facing Account Executive environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in IAM or Account Executive functions.
- Experience in Learning & Development, capability building, sales training, or commercial learning environments.
- Familiarity with learning management systems such as Promomats, Axonify, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting customer‐facing field organizations and leading large, cross‐functional initiatives.
- Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, managed markets, payer, or account management.
- Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and external partners.
- Experience designing onboarding programs and learning journeys.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $129,000.00 – $203,100.00. Salary within the range will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and business needs. Eligible for annual bonus and long‐term incentive (if applicable). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, health insurance, retirement (401(k)), paid holidays, vacation, sick days, and other standard benefits.
