A leading American law firm with a strong and growing presence in Luxembourg is currently seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer with at least 7 years of experience to support the continued expansion of its Finance practice.
Recognised among the top law firms worldwide, this firm advises prestigious international clients on sophisticated cross-border financing transactions and offers a highly entrepreneurial environment with genuine career progression opportunities.
Your Responsibilities :
- Advise international banks, private equity sponsors, debt funds, and multinational clients on complex financing transactions
- Work on acquisition finance, fund finance, restructuring, real estate finance, and general banking matters
- Draft and negotiate finance documentation and transaction-related agreements
- Coordinate cross-border transactions alongside international offices and external stakeholders
- Participate actively in the development of the Luxembourg Finance practice
Your Profile :
- Minimum 7 years of experience within a recognised law firm in Banking & Finance
- Luxembourg Bar qualification preferred
- Fluent in both French and English
- Strong technical background and transactional exposure
- Commercial mindset and ability to interact directly with high-level international clients
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to join a fast-growing team
