BIM/CAD Modeler (80 - 100%)

Activities & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a skilled BIM/CAD Modeler to support the digital planning of complex construction and engineering projects within our Energy division in our office in Belgrade or Novi Sad.

• Interdisciplinary collaboration on BIM/CAD projects.
• Execution of engineering and construction models using Autodesk tools (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Autocad).
• Creation of BIM models, execution plans, and 3D models from 2D drawings based or point clouds.
• Preparation and management of model data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Model quality, clash detection, and validation in line with ISO 19650 and project specifications.
• Implementation of internal BIM/CAD standards.

What makes you special

• Degree in civil engineering, or technical training as a technician/CAD designer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM modeler in the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (min. LOD 300); experience with Civil 3D and Dynamo/Grasshopper is an asset.
• Experience in complex Building construction or infrastructure projects.
• Solution-oriented, communicative, and team-focused.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating parametric Revit families for industrial projects.
• Scan-to-BIM and digital twin experience.
• BIM coordination of interdisciplinary projects.
• Experience working with SLAM and point cloud processing.
