Chief Data Officer

Work Model: Hybrid (Approximately 60% Onsite)Travel: 10%–25%About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Data Analytics to lead the organization's data strategy and analytics function. This role will be responsible for building a data-driven culture, delivering actionable business insights, and leveraging analytics and AI to improve decision‐making, customer experience, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall data analytics strategy across the organization.
• Develop and manage a modern analytics platform with real‐time reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Drive product and business analytics to support strategic decision‐making.
• Enable self‐service analytics for business and product teams.
• Implement AI and machine learning solutions to improve business outcomes.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision‐making and experimentation.
• Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations.
• Define analytics standards, best practices, and reporting frameworks.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‐performing analytics team.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Data Analytics with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in Product Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Hands‐on knowledge of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience developing data strategies and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
• Executive leadership experience.
• Experience working in fast‐paced or startup environments.
