Client Partner / Account Director
Gehalt: Von 110.000,00 € bis 170.000,00 €
We are seeking a results-driven Client Partner / Account Director specialising in data, AI, and cloud solutions for the Manufacturing vertical. This role is focused on growing and deepening existing client relationships rather than new logo hunting. You will leverage your understanding of the services industry to drive sales of Grid Dynamics' solutions and services, with a proven track record of working with AWS as a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting clients in the Manufacturing vertical, focusing on data platforms, AI, and cloud solutions. Identify and qualify leads, understand customer needs, and build propositions using Grid Dynamics' services and solution accelerators. Work closely with technology, partnerships, and delivery teams.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client and AWS partner organizations. Propose demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the value of our software services. Collaborate with clients to assess their data and AI capabilities and tailor solutions, including:
- Computer vision-based anomaly detection
- Legacy code modernization
- Enterprise AI platform development for GenAI use cases
- Product development productivity using GenAI tools
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals addressing client needs. Work with internal teams to create customized solutions and pricing models.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and interactions in CRM. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Regional Presence: Work closely with existing accounts to create new opportunities. Stay updated on industry trends and attend events and conferences to build connections.
- Partnership Development: Drive sales through AWS partnership channels. Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Confluent, Dataiku, or LLM solution providers is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in software sales and partner network collaboration
- Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
