  • Build the People function at Voyfai HQ from the ground up: processes, frameworks, and ways of working
  • Own org design as the company evolves post-Series A, including defining leadership levels and career structures
  • Act as a trusted People advisor to group company leaders across Europe, supporting them on people matters including change management, leadership development, and restructuring
  • Coach and develop junior and mid-level leaders across the group, proactively and not just when things go wrong
  • Lead consolidation and integration initiatives from a people perspective as Voyfai acquires and integrates new companies
  • Drive internal group mobility and talent development across HQ and group companies
  • Support the co-founders on people strategy, org structure decisions, and hiring priorities

Requirements

  • 10+ years in People or HR, with meaningful time in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience within a PE-backed business, portfolio company structure, or multi-entity roll-up
  • Strong track record in change management: org restructuring, post-acquisition integration, leadership transitions
  • Experience working across group or multi-company structures, not just a single entity
  • The seniority and credibility to push back on founders and business owners, and the judgment to know when to
  • A track record of coaching senior leaders through complex people situations, including performance, culture, and conflict
  • Comfortable being hands‐on and generalist: you build before you delegate
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
