For our client – an internationally operating company at the intersection of healthcare, infrastructure and sustainable services – we are looking for an experienced HR leader to take ownership of global HR operations, personnel administration, HR systems and international HR projects across multiple locations.

We are looking for: Head of Global HR (m/f/d) HR Operations & Project Management

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop global HR operations and personnel administration across the international organization
• Drive the introduction, implementation and further development of modern HR systems
• Lead international HR projects and coordinate their rollout across different locations and entities
• Standardize and optimize HR processes, structures and administrative workflows across countries
• Ensure compliant, efficient and reliable personnel administration
• Develop transparent HR reporting structures and data-driven processes

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in a senior HR role with international responsibility
• Strong background in HR operations, personnel administration and HR systems
• Proven experience in implementing HR systems and managing international HR projects
• Experience in coordinating HR initiatives across different countries, locations or legal entities
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, standardization and digital HR structures
• Fluent English required; German skills are an advantage
