Head of MSAT – Drug Product

We are working with a very fast growing company who are looking for a senior manager to lead the MSAT Drug Product function supporting sterile and injectable manufacturing, with a strong focus on fill-finish and technology transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DP technology transfers from development/clients into GMP manufacturing.
• Oversee scale-up, process validation, PPQ and process optimisation.
• Provide technical support for sterile and injectable manufacturing.
• Lead troubleshooting, deviations, RCA/CAPA and process improvements.
• Support new product introductions and external manufacturing activities.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, R&D and clients.
• Build and develop the MSAT Drug Product function.

Requirements:

• Strong Drug Product / sterile manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on technology transfer and process validation experience.
• Experience with injectables, aseptic processing, fill-finish and/or lyophilisation.
• GMP/Annex 1 knowledge.
• Previous MSAT leadership or senior technical experience.
