Your Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in product management within medical technology (ideally GI endoscopy)
- Proven experience in national or international leadership roles
- Calm, decisive leadership personality with empathy and resilience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong track record in go-to-market execution and supporting commercial teams
- Analytical, data-driven and process-oriented mindset
- Willingnes to travel across the EMEA region and globally
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Your Mission
As Head of Product Management EMEA, you shape the regional product strategy and lead our product management activities to drive sustainable growth across EMEA. You combine strategic thinking with strong leadership and ensure successful product positioning and market execution in close collaboration with global and regional stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Direction
- Develop and implement the regional product strategy aligned with global objectives
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Represent EMEA in global strategic meetings and advocating the regional priorities
Product Marketing & Go-to-Market
- Lead and execute successful product launches and lifecycle management across EMEA
- Develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions for EMEA
- Implement pricing strategies, promotions and portfolio optimization
- Ensure strong alignment with global Product Management and R&D by translating market insights into actionable input
Demand Generation & Commercial Support
- Design and execute regional product campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Empower commercial teams with compelling sales and marketing material and implement product trainings
- Support regional / national conferences, initiate digital marketing campaigns and implement performance tracking based on KPIs
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of product professionals
- Foster team spirit and a trusted, collaborative, performance-oriented mindset
- Set clear objectives, provide feedback and ensure professional development
Stakeholder & KOL Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant stakeholders in the region
- Act as a strategic business partner with strong commercial and financial understanding
