Salary: €150,000 - 180,000 + bonus + package (depending on experience)

Job Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an established international project and cost consultancy seeking an experienced Head of Projects to strengthen its senior leadership team in Germany.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role offers the opportunity to influence both the strategic direction and continued growth of the business. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with leadership capability, taking responsibility for developing client relationships, winning new business, leading project teams, and supporting the delivery of major construction projects across Germany.

The consultancy has built a strong reputation within the industrial and logistics sector, delivering projects across the full development lifecycle. With ambitious growth plans, they are also looking to expand into additional sectors including data centres, commercial real estate, and other large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving business development activities and securing new project opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
• Building and maintaining long‐term relationships with developers, investors, occupiers and key industry stakeholders.
• Leading, mentoring and developing a growing team of Project Managers while supporting recruitment and business growth.
• Providing strategic leadership across the German business, working closely with the Managing Director on business planning and operational objectives.
• Acting as Project Director on selected major developments, providing senior oversight across programme, commercial performance, quality and client delivery.
• Leading project bids, fee proposals, presentations and work‐winning initiatives.
• Managing client expectations and ensuring consistently high levels of service delivery across multiple projects.
• Driving continuous improvement, operational excellence and best practice throughout the business.
• Representing the business at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings to further strengthen market presence.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Significant experience delivering large‐scale industrial, logistics, commercial or infrastructure projects within Germany.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high‐performing project teams.
• Demonstrable track record of business development, client relationship management and winning new work.
• Strong understanding of project delivery across the full construction lifecycle.
• Excellent commercial awareness with experience overseeing project financial performance and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of German construction legislation, procurement routes and project delivery methodologies.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
