Head of Property Management (m/w/d) - Real Estate

• Lead and develop the property management function across the portfolio
• Ensure high-quality operational performance and service delivery
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance asset value and efficiency
• Manage and develop internal teams as well as external partners
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance across properties

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in property or real estate management
• Proven leadership experience in a senior role
• Strong understanding of real estate operations and asset performance
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills
• Fluent in German and English
