AI Transformation, Intern

Your role:

As an AI Transformation Intern, you will support the AI Transformation team in promoting the safe and practical use of AI tools across the firm. This is a learning-oriented role where you will help with documentation, coordination, research, testing and internal communication activities. You will gain exposure to AI adoption, Microsoft tools and business transformation initiatives while working closely with more experienced team members.

AI programme support:

  • Support the AI Transformation team with day-to-day coordination and follow-up activities;
  • Help prepare simple materials for AI meetings, workshops and internal updates;
  • Assist with collecting and organising AI use case ideas submitted by teams;
  • Contribute to maintaining internal trackers, documentation and knowledge resources.

Use case and tool support:

  • Explore AI and Microsoft tools such as Copilot, Copilot Studio and Power Platform under guidance from the team;
  • Support basic testing of AI-related tools, prompts and internal use cases;
  • Help document business needs, tool feedback and simple process observations;
  • Contribute to practical research on AI trends, tool features and examples relevant to internal processes;
  • Assist with simple reporting and summaries to support decision-making by the AI Transformation team.

Communication and learning support:

  • Support internal communication activities such as newsletter input, intranet updates and simple awareness materials;
  • Help prepare practical training materials, examples and quick guides for AI tools;
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and help capture feedback from users.

Your profile:

Must have:

  • Currently in last year to complete, or recently completed, a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Law, or a related field;
  • Strong interest in AI, digital tools, innovation and business transformation;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Good analytical skills and ability to transform technical terms to business language and summarise information clearly;
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn new tools and concepts;
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Basic experience with Power BI, Power Automate or similar tools;
  • First exposure to AI tools, prompt writing, data analytics, automation or low-code/no-code tools;
  • Organised, reliable and able to work with attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams.

Nice to have:

  • Interest in the legal, financial or professional services sector;
  • Language skills in French, German or Luxembourgish.
