html Java Software Developer (m/f/d) From design and development to the optimization of existing applications—as a software developer at Riege Software, you’ll work in a self-organized, agile team. Together, you’ll work on software development for the diverse features of our logistics software, Scope. Java Software Developer (m/f/d) Responsibilities You will implement international customer requirements from users of our air and ocean freight and customs transport management system into concepts, architecture, and applications as part of the Scope Air team. You will independently carry out all tasks—from technical design and implementation to testing and documentation—in the areas of software development and databases. You will stay up to date on current technologies and work with your team to evaluate which trends to incorporate into the further development of our products. In doing so, you’ll also help shape the cloud architecture. Qualifications A passion for software development and, ideally, for the freight forwarding industry. You have at least three years of professional experience in the Java environment. You work with common standards such as Java EE, JMS, web services, Hibernate, and SQL databases. You already have experience with CI/CD and containers. You have a good command of English. Your independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach to work makes you a valuable team member.
