At Siemens Healthineers, we are committed to helping healthcare providers deliver better outcomes through innovation. We are seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to support our Advanced Visualization (AV) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) portfolio, including syngo.via and AI‐Rad Companion.
In this customer‐facing role, you will serve as a clinical and product expert supporting sales, customer engagement, product adoption, and workflow optimization across a growing portfolio of advanced imaging and AI‐enabled solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Clinical Applications, and customers to drive awareness, adoption, and successful implementation of our advanced visualization and AI technologies.
You are responsible for:
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations, both onsite and remotely, for customers, prospects, and industry events, showcasing the value of syngo.via and AI‐Rad Companion solutions.
- Supporting sales activities by serving as a clinical and technical subject matter expert throughout the customer engagement process.
- Partnering with customers to understand clinical workflows, operational challenges, and imaging needs while recommending appropriate solution strategies.
- Translating customer clinical requirements into solution recommendations, quotes, proposals, and business cases.
- Serving as the Voice of the Customer by gathering market feedback, identifying customer needs, and partnering with Product Management to drive future product enhancements.
- Supporting customer onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement to maximize clinical and operational value.
- Providing clinical expertise and content support for marketing collateral, customer presentations, webinars, and educational initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and share best practices that improve deployment, utilization, and customer success.
- Staying current on emerging trends in advanced visualization, artificial intelligence, radiology workflows, and clinical imaging technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- ARRT certification or equivalent clinical imaging credential.
- Experience working in radiology, advanced visualization, post‐processing, or clinical imaging environments.
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer‐facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross‐functional teams.
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advanced visualization and post‐processing platforms, including syngo.via, TeraRecon, Vitrea, AW Workstation, Philips IntelliSpace Portal, or similar solutions.
- Experience with AI‐enabled radiology solutions, clinical decision support tools, or imaging informatics platforms.
- Prior experience supporting product demonstrations, sales support, clinical applications, product marketing, or customer success activities.
- Knowledge of radiology workflows across CT, MR, PET/CT, and advanced imaging applications.
- Residence within the Northeast or Central United States preferred.
The base pay range for this position is: $131,910 - $181,379.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
