JR-0019380 Job Profile: Supporting the development of aerospace products from initial designs to series production as a production engineer in close collaboration with the Industrial Leader Contributing your own production and manufacturing experience to the development and industrialization process Focusing development efforts on manufacturable, cost-efficient, easy-to-clean, and testable design, thereby identifying and preventing problems from the outset Defining manufacturing processes and selecting suitable procedures in collaboration with manufacturing managers and process specialists (Manufacturing and Inspection Flow
- MIF) Supporting the definition and development of tools and equipment for product manufacturing Ensuring the qualification of production processes in close collaboration with process specialists Preparing the Manufacturing Bill of Materials and Bill of Processes in close collaboration with design and manufacturing departments Creating and Updating inspection plans (Control Plan) Documenting work (including): Manufacturing and Inspection Flow/ Contributing to the creation of industrialization documents, such as the Industrialization Justification File and Industrialization Verification Document (DVI) Processing quality reports Determining and evaluating the costs of manufacturing processes Evaluating current costs and defining cost reduction measures Ensuring process stability through the application and implementation of suitable methods, such as measurement system analyses, statistical process control, or Process Failure Mode and Effect analyses Application and implementation of company-internal processes Participation in product reviews to confirm the successful development and qualification of the product Identifying and independently implementing improvements to local processes Personal requirements: Teamwork and communication skills Structured work style Vocational training: Precision mechanic (at least technician/certified specialist) or Aircraft mechanic (at least technician/certified specialist) or Mechanic (at least technician/certified specialist) or Mechatronics technician (at least technician/certified specialist) Certified Specialist Professional Experience: At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing/production Experience in the industrialization of products and processes IT: MS Office: at least xbzrezb basic knowledge of functions SAP: at least basic knowledge of functions Knowledge of collaboration tools is required Experience with PLM/Teamcenter is desirable Qualifications: Comparable qualification: at least a Bachelor's degree or Aerospace: at least a Bachelor's degree or Mechanical Engineering: at least a Bachelor's degree Skills: Knowledge of quality standards and their application Language Skills: German: at least fluent (intention to learn also okay) English: at least fluent What we offer: Permanent employment contract Flexible working hours through a personal flexitime account Ongoing personal support from your contact person Travel allowance (Germany Ticket) Company pension Work permit Those without a EU / German work permit can apply for a Opportunity work Permit before arriving in Germany and before securring a job.
