Senior Procurement Consultant | Logistics & Transport

About the Role

We are seeking a procurement professional to support sourcing activities across logistics and transportation categories. The role focuses on supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization initiatives across warehousing, freight, and operational spend categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RFQs, RFPs and sourcing events.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels and contracts.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Drive logistics cost reduction initiatives.
• Support transportation and warehousing procurement projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English.
• 2+ years of sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, MRO, PPE, or related categories.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing RFQs, RFPs, and supplier contracts.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.

Preferred

• Logistics or transportation procurement experience.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, or operational procurement background.
• Experience delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
