Senior Product Manager & Product Lead (SUEM Enterprise)

Overview

Senior Product Manager & Product Lead owns the product direction and delivery of Matrix42’s Enterprise SUEM (Secure Unified Endpoint Management) area. This role combines product leadership, execution ownership, and people management, ensuring strong alignment with Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional teams, while driving measurable customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute product strategy for Enterprise SUEM
• Deliver customer value through product leadership and execution
• Lead a high-performance product team and manage talent development
• Define product vision and create and maintain the product roadmap
• Own end-to-end delivery and coordinate with Engineering, Design, and QA
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and ensure alignment
• Drive customer-driven decisions and market feedback into the product
• Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market and user enablement

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven track record of strategy execution and delivering results
• People management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong AI mindset with an ability to leverage AI trends to improve the product
