Senior Project Manager, €105,000 negotiable basic depending on experience, with benefits and a great company culture.
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale enterprise security projects across Germany, based in and around Frankfurt. Responsible for managing complex installations, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and integrated command-and-control systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client standards
The Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise security projects
- Lead project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation
- Act as key client contact for stakeholders and contractors
- Oversee technical delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Manage budgets, forecasting, procurement, and commercial performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and health & safety standards
The Person
- 8+ years project management experience
- 5+ years delivering enterprise-level security systems
- Strong experience with large-scale, high-value projects (€2M+)
- Knowledge of integrated security platforms (access control, CCTV, alarms)
- Strong stakeholder, commercial, and leadership skills
- PMP / PRINCE2 preferred
- German to a conversational level; English language fluency required.
