Tactical Buyer (m/f/d) Customer Service Procurement AIRBUS

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Tactical Buyer (m/f/d) in the Customer Service Procurement Team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Source and secure commercial conditions for ad hoc customer orders and quotes across all product types with best conditions possible
• Lead review meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to fulfill customer requests
• Challenge and negotiate with suppliers to support customer service profit and loss
• Identify recurring sourcing issues and implement corrective actions
• Work closely with Planning, Supply Management, Product Management, Suppliers, and Subcontractors
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure sourcing solutions meet customer needs
• Contribute to the delivery of competitive aftermarket solutions
• Support the Transformation Team in developing, optimizing, and implementing new IT tools and processes
• Recommend and help drive improvements in the sourcing process to streamline operations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and secure them to improve Aftersales competitiveness
• Support the creation of weekly performance reviews and launch targeted actions based on data insights

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Procurement, Supplier Management and Supply Chain / Logistics
• Experience in Data-Analysis advantageous
• Basic knowledge in Continuous Improvement Process and Project Management
• Skills in using MS-Excel, SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• German or French skills are a plus
