Your day includes consulting customers on technical solutions, collaborating with internal experts across engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales, and shaping competitive proposals. You manage opportunities throughout the sales process, from initial discussions and technical evaluations to contract negotiations and project handover. Regular interaction with international stakeholders and the use of CRM tools help ensure successful customer engagement and sustainable business growth.How You’ll Make an Impact

• Presentation and promotion of the company’s value proposition to prospective customers
• Development of customer-specific concepts and preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Commercial and technical evaluation of customer requirements and project opportunities
• Coordination with engineering, operations, supply chain management, and regional sales teams throughout the sales process
• Definition and execution of effective offer strategies, including contract negotiation through successful project award
• Management of CRM data, development of a sustainable sales pipeline, and liaison management for assigned sales regions

What You Bring

• Long-term professional experience, including several years in technical sales or bid management
• Experience in project management; PMP certification preferred
• Extensive technical expertise in engineering, construction, commissioning, or project management within power generation, Oil & Gas, or petrochemical industries
• Experience with hydrogen electrolysis technologies, related process technologies, and safety requirements
• Strong contract and commercial understanding, combined with solid knowledge of project management methods and tools
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and challenging deadlines
