CHCNAV is a global GNSS solutions provider. Our Frankfurt office handles distribution, sales, and technical service for the German market.

What you'll do

Provide technical support to partners, dealers, and enterprise customers in Germany

Conduct on-site product demos, tests, and training

Work with sales as the technical expert

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with HQ in Shanghai

Build and update training materials and technical documentation

What we're looking for

Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, GIS or a related engineering discipline

Prior experience in technical customer support is preferred

Excellent German language skills (C1‐C2) for engaging with local stakeholders; familiarity with German business culture

Working‐level English proficiency for internal team communication

Willing to travel occasionally across Germany and Europe
