Accounting & Reporting Officer - Banking Sector - CDI

We're partnering with a well-established banking institution in the heart of Luxembourg to recruit their next Accounting & Reporting Officer. Your responsibilities

• Prepare and submit regulatory and financial reports
• Record and monitor amortisation entries
• Book and reconcile banking charges
• Prepare VAT and corporate income tax returns
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes
• Process weekly supplier payments
• Participate in accounting improvement projects, including the ERP implementation

Your profile

• Around 7 years of experience in a similar accounting/reporting role within the banking sector
• Solid knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (FINREP, COREP) and IFRS standards
• Fluent in English; French is considered an asset. Portuguese would be a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, proactive, and a genuine team player
