Application Manager / In-House SAP Consultant for RAR and FI/CO (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will support the implementation of SAP RAR and play a central role as the liaison between business units, IT, and project teams
- You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and further development of SAP solutions in the finance environment and will actively contribute your own ideas
- You will analyze business requirements in collaboration with the business units, structure them, and translate them into viable technical solutions
- You will analyze postings in the SAP RAR environment, evaluate the results from a business perspective, and ensure that revenue logic is correctly mapped.
- You identify the causes of discrepancies and errors, derive sustainable solutions, and ensure the stable operation of the application
- You will take responsibility for end-to-end processes, including upstream systems and data flows, and ensure their quality and stability
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners and manage the implementation of requirements in a goal-oriented manner
- You will actively drive the further development of the SAP Finance system landscape and design innovative solutions in the RAR environment
YOUR PROFILE
- A degree in (Business) Information Technology or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in the SAP environment, ideally in consulting, with a focus on SAP FI/CO and/or SAP RAR
- In-depth understanding of financial reporting and accounting, particularly in the context of IFRS 15
- Strong understanding of end-to-end processes, as well as the ability to critically evaluate and structure business requirements
- Experience in designing and implementing complex SAP solutions, as well as in working with interfaces and system landscapes
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for getting to the heart of complex issues and developing sustainable solutions
- High level of initiative, willingness to take on responsibility, and a strong understanding of quality and sustainable system solutions
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with business units, IT, and management
- Excellent written and spoken German skills
