Our client is a VC-backed climate-tech B2B SaaS building the AI operating system for energy‐retrofit installers bringing the entire installer workflow into one place.
Headquartered in Berlin and backed by Tier 1 investors, they are expanding across Europe and the Americas, with a target of reaching ~€100M ARR by 2028.
Responsibilities
- Lead international expansion and commercial scale‐up as a manager‐of‐managers, reporting to the COO & Co‐Founder with ownership of Sales and Expansion
- Own the opening and ramp of new markets (Spain, Brazil, Mexico, USA), targeting 150% revenue growth in the first 12 months
- Replicate and optimise the proven GTM playbook across geographies; combine tele‐sales and field sales into one motion
- Lead and develop go‐to‐market leads; design SDR and AE structures
- Establish weekly pipeline and performance reviews; own CRM and Sales AI tooling for forecasting
- Drive value‐based selling and lead by example — close deals and coach in the field
- Own country‐level P&L, recruit market leads, and build local sales teams as the company scales from 50 to 100+ people
Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS, with a track record at Series A stage and beyond
- Proven track record of building or scaling international markets in high‐growth environments; background as CSO, VP Sales, VP Business Development, or CCO at a high‐growth B2B SaaS
- Manager‐of‐managers experience across multiple geographies simultaneously
- Hands‐on operator: sets strategy and is present in accounts when it matters
- Energy, climate tech, or AI‐native industry experience a plus
- Additional language beyond English and German a plus
- Located in Berlin with willingness to work 5 days / week from the office
