Chief Revenue Officer

- Set the GTM strategy: define target segments, ideal client profiles, and the coverage model across the global PE market.
- Direct pipeline generation across outbound, inbound, events, partners, and executive selling.
- Set the standards for enterprise deals: negotiation playbooks, approval matrix, pricing, and commercial terms.
M&A (origination)
- Own the seller-origination engine end to end.
- Define the qualification criteria and "accepted introduction" standards that protect match quality.
- Turn outreach and vetting into a codified, repeatable system rather than individual effort.
RevOps and analytics
- Own forecasting and pipeline coverage, and report forecast accuracy and corrective actions.
- Define and monitor the KPI framework for both the sales funnel and the outreach/origination funnel.
- Track outreach health and deliverability, response times, time-to-teaser, and time-to-intro.
- Define experiments to improve conversion, cycle time, and seller and client satisfaction.
RequirementsExperience
- Must: 10+ years in revenue leadership, with 3+ years in a CRO, VP Revenue, or equivalent role owning a company-wide top-line target.
- Must: Proven track record selling high-value, complex services to private equity firms.
- Must: Demonstrated experience in M&A, corporate development, or deal origination.
- Must: Experience in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
- Experience operating in international/global markets across multiple regions.
