- Proven track record building and scaling high-performing post-sales teams.
- Experience leading Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or related functions within enterprise SaaS.
- Strong customer operator with a focus on retention, adoption, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Experience managing and developing leaders in high-growth environments.
- Background within a top-tier software scaleup or enterprise technology company.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business growth.
- Consulting experience from a leading strategy firm is advantageous.
