  • Proven track record building and scaling high-performing post-sales teams.
  • Experience leading Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or related functions within enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong customer operator with a focus on retention, adoption, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Experience managing and developing leaders in high-growth environments.
  • Background within a top-tier software scaleup or enterprise technology company.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business growth.
  • Consulting experience from a leading strategy firm is advantageous.
