For our clients in the aerospace industry, we are seeking motivated candidates for temporary staffing at our Hamburg, Germany location, for the following position, starting immediately: Engineer (m/f/d) Job Profile: Assume product responsibility for the engineering support of CFM56 HPT nozzles.

This includes creating, revising, and approving maintenance and work documentation, as well as the continuous improvement (CIP) of the involved processes and work steps.
Define, calculate, and implement in-house developments, repairs, add-ons, modifications, and tests.
Ensure close collaboration with the workshop and relevant interface areas such as process engineering, customer service, production, administration, and management to coordinate and align technical issues.
Track and analyze malfunctions, technical complaints, and limit exceedances, and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Identify optimization potential in the maintenance process, develop concepts for alternatives, and support the technical and economic evaluation of solution concepts.
Develop, coordinate, and successfully implement action plans.
Personal Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills): Completed university/college degree in engineering, preferably in aircraft, mechanical, or aeronautical engineering Good knowledge of aviation legislation Excellent English and German skills (if you are learning this may be acceptable) Good computer skills Ability to present complex issues and to think and act in a networked manner Persuasiveness, decisiveness, and a sense of responsibility Assertiveness, strong commitment, and initiative xbzrezb Excellent conflict resolution skills, strong organizational skills, and pronounced conceptual abilities Language Skills C1
