Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and execute the commercial strategy across the DACH region, with an initial focus on Germany.
  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the energy and industrial sectors.
  • Build and strengthen long‐term relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations for complex engineering and technical projects.
  • Collaborate with international engineering and project delivery teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities and contribute to the company's long‐term commercial strategy.
  • Represent the company within the German market, building visibility and strengthening relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management within the energy, engineering or industrial sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and developing long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions, engineering services or project‐based solutions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand complex technical environments.
  • Established network within the energy, infrastructure or industrial market is highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results‐driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent German and professional English.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany.
