Our client builds the audio intelligence layer that makes voice agents actually understandable to machines. Backed by serious early-stage investors, already trusted by companies across Europe and the US, and now approaching their next growth phase.

The Role

• Take over and scale a marketing function that already exists, while leading 2 direct reports
• Shift the brand from a purely technical, product-led identity to a broader company narrative
• Own product launches end to end: naming, positioning, video content, customer co-launches
• Drive content, brand, and PR strategy
• Work closely with engineering, ML, and go-to-market in a genuinely cross-functional setup
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy. This is not a role with heavy guidance or hand-holding

What We're Looking For

• Early-stage startup experience is the top filter
• B2B SaaS background required. Developer-facing marketing experience is a strong plus, not essential if you can grasp technical concepts quickly
• Strategic but still hands-onComfortable working with technical founders in a developer-led culture
• Concise, clear communicator who can move fast without much oversight
• Able to push through launch crunches, including evenings when needed
