Responsibilities

  • Define the overarching platform narrative
  • Develop differentiated positioning against point solutions and legacy systems
  • Translate product capabilities into executive-level business impact
  • Establish category authority through thought leadership
  • Design and operationalize a tiered launch framework
  • Create standardized global launch playbooks and Bill of Materials
  • Align Product, Sales, and Demand Gen for each launch
  • Measure launch impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Define ICP segmentation and vertical strategy
  • Develop persona-based value propositions
  • Partner on pricing and packaging inputs
  • Support cross-sell and platform bundling strategy
  • Build executive sales narratives and messaging frameworks
  • Develop competitive positioning and battlecards
  • Improve win rates through structured enablement
  • Build and lead a high-performance Product Marketing team
  • Clarify charters across PMM, Content, and Analyst Relations
  • Partner with the CMO on marketing operating model evolution

Requirements

  • 12+ years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing
  • Experience leading multi-product portfolios
  • Hands‐on experience applying AI tools and AI‐enabled workflows across product marketing, GTM execution, customer insights, and content development
  • Proven success scaling PMM teams
  • Strong international GTM experience
  • Executive presence with founders and board
