Head of Sales (m/f/d)

You own the entire sales function at Primefold across our XI and RI products. You qualify and close high-value deals yourself while building and leading a team of Sales Executives. You define sales strategy and product packaging, partner with the Head of GTM on go-to-market, and coordinate with Product on new launches. Specifically, you will:

• Directly qualify, manage and close yourown pipeline of enterprise deals
• Hire, coach and develop a growing teamof Sales Executives
• Own accountmanagement, retention and upsell acrossyour client portfolio
• Drivesales forecasting, reporting andplanning cycles for the unit
• Shape sales strategy with the CBO andalign it withGTM across the business

After 1 month, you understand product, customers and team and have set a clear direction. After 3 months, you've built a scalable team structure with a strong pipeline in motion. After 6 months, you're shaping how Primefold scales; contributing meaningful sales context to business planning.

Your profile

• 5+ years of sales experience with a strong individual closing track record
• 3+ years leading and managing sales teams
• Experience in start-up or SME environments (20–150 employees)
• Direct experience selling SaaS or AI products
• Deep proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM tools
• Comfortable using and understanding AI tools in your workflow
• High-agency leader who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong ability to combine hands-on deal execution with strategic leadership and executive stakeholder management
• Fluent in German; strong English skills
