Health Compensation Advisor (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
In this role, you will be at the heart of processing health-related claims for our policyholders. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analysis and management of reimbursement, coverage and sick leave files.
- Making the associated payments.
- Daily interaction with our customers and intermediaries.
- Collaboration with our medical expert or medical advisor on the medical aspects of files.
- Active contribution to the continuous improvement of our internal processes.
Your profile:
- You have a short higher education degree (BAC+3), ideally in the field of insurance.
- You have at least 5 years' experience in the insurance sector, preferably in health, life or medical insurance.
- You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French and German, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is an additional asset.
- You are known for your loyalty, open-mindedness and flexibility.
- You are independent and thorough, able to manage your priorities effectively and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- You are able to work well under pressure and thrive in a demanding environment.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you easily establish contact with your internal and external contacts.
- You enjoy working in a team and adapt easily to change and new challenges.
