- 0 – 10 years of work experience at leading professional services or finance related company (Consulting, Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Start-Ups or other)
- Investing experience irrespective of asset class
- Strong technical and numerical skills (modelling, financial & commercial analysis)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong academic track record
- High level of commitment, energy, and creativity
- Self-starters: capable of taking the initiative and working independently as well as in teams
- Excellent communication skills plus fluency in English and German (we are mostly DACH, so fluency in German is essential)
- Good business judgment coupled with appropriate amount of common sense
- Natural curiosity, fun to work with and a good sense of humor
