Principal Consultant - ServiceNow
Role Overview
As a Principal ServiceNow Consultant, you will take a leading role in strategic and complex ServiceNow transformation projects, leading workshops, developing ServiceNow goal architectures, and taking on technical leadership responsibilities. You will be part of an agile, European team with over 500 Tech Experts and 200 certified consultants. Our focus is on creating impact for customers through sustainable process optimizations, excellent architecture, and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include acting as Lead Architect and strategic advisor for customers, translating business strategies into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions, accompanying international companies in the digital transformation of their IT and enterprise service processes, and taking on the role of Trusted Advisor for stakeholders up to C-level.

Requirements
Min. 9 years of experience in the consulting or IT service industry, with at least 5 years of focus on ServiceNow.
Proven experience in leading large, complex, and multi‐modular ServiceNow implementations.
In‐depth expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem, as well as in architecture, platform design, and technical implementation.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification, such as CIS‐ITSM, CIS‐ITOM, or comparable.
Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and Web Services, such as REST and SOAP.
Secure in process modeling, process optimization, and the translation of professional requirements into technical solutions.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Experience with agile methods, such as Scrum or Kanban.
