As a Senior Consultant in our European Commercial Services team, you will be at the forefront of supporting the global life sciences shift to more connected, data‐driven, and AI‐powered customer relationships. You will work directly with top global pharmaceutical organisations, solving their most critical business challenges by delivering cutting‐edge solutions, through implementations of Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions, while also driving migrations of Veeva customer environments from SFDC to Veeva Vault Platform.

You’ll lead business process due diligence, design and implement robust and scalable solutions, and drive successful projects through a variety of roles including Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect and PO/Business Analyst.

The ability to travel domestically and abroad is required (VISA not being handled by Veeva). The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and ideally one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish. The role is ideally based in the area of a Veeva office (Barcelona, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin), but other EU locations will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery for implementation and migration projects in roles of project manager, functional analyst, solution architect, and stream lead
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive the optimization and harmonisation of business processes, and translate them into actionable and scalable solutions
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders across enterprise and SMB organisations
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
  • Contribute to internal initiatives to continuously improve service quality and delivery frameworks

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one or more of the following roles: project manager, functional analyst, solution architect
  • Hands‐on experience and confidence with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform
  • Experience working with a pharmaceutical, consumer health or medical device organisation
  • Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong and effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
  • Able to travel approximately 20%
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in SQL, MDL, Python
  • Veeva certification
  • Additional European language(s)

Compensation

Total compensation: 90,000 – 150,000 EUR. The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position’s total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
