Join us and lead our technology partner ecosystem into the age of intelligent connectivity.Your Responsibilities: What You Will DoAs a Senior Partner Manager (m/w/d), you will take full ownership of relationship building and lifecycle management at the C-level and Top-Management level, both internally across the DT Group and externally with global tech leaders.
- Executive Relationship & C-Level Management: Act as the primary strategic interface, establishing and nurturing high-impact relationships with executive stakeholders and C-level counterparts.
- AI-Driven Infrastructure Innovation: Define future demand by identifying joint search fields, advanced automation use cases, and AI-centric network initiatives.
- Matrix & Cross-Group Project Responsibility: Take end-to-end project and program leadership for large-scale partner initiatives—from high-stakes negotiation to commercialization and retirement. You will steer complex, virtual, and international project teams across the global DT Group without direct disciplinary responsibility.
- Commercial & Financial Governance: Develop robust business plans, align complex financial planning activities, set up partner governance, and define KPIs to ensure mutual success.
- Performance Monitoring: Drive executive-level steering presentations, closely monitor target achievement, and coordinate the internal rollout of partner products.
- Education: A university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
- Track Record: At least 7 to 10 years of proven professional experience in Strategic Partner Management, Alliance Management, or Tech Procurement within the telecommunications sector.
- Telecom Infrastructure Expertise: Deep, long-standing experience in partner management for network infrastructures, including Mobile (5G/6G), Fixed-Line, IP & Transport, Core Network, Service Platforms, and Cloud, specifically mapping to Deutsche Telekom's ecosystem.
- Future-Tech Literacy: A strong understanding of the business potential of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning applications in networking, and automation trends, allowing you to identify cutting-edge tech trends.
- Virtual Team Steering: Exceptional track record in organizing, motivating, and leading large-scale programs within virtual, international, and matrixed teams across multiple corporate stakeholders.
- Agile & Classic Cooperation: Mastery of both classical and agile project management methodologies to coordinate cross-functional programs.
- Intercultural Competence: Extensive experience navigating international business landscapes and managing senior executive relationships across diverse cultures.
- Analytical Power: Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented working style.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this high-level role.
