Senior Technical Delivery Manager

As a Technical Delivery Manager you will lead post‐sales delivery across multiple strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and adoption of our enterprise‐grade solutions. The role is part of our Customer Success organization and involves managing the complete project life‐cycle, from inception to launch, while supporting new business opportunities and fostering a high‐performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Appian projects to meet client expectations and executive sponsor objectives.
• Mentor a team and manage several large‐scale projects simultaneously, guiding them through all phases of development.
• Collaborate with Appian Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Support throughout the project life‐cycle.
• Coordinate with regional delivery partners to augment Appian‐led engagements and supplement partner‐led engagements with Appian resources.
• Support new business software and services opportunities.
• Foster a culture of positivity, high performance, and collaboration aligned to Appian’s values.

Qualifications

• Senior experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage key project and executive stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: €100,000—€200,000 EUR. Compensation includes a discretionary bonus, health coverage, life and disability insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits that vary by country. Project‐based training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities are also provided.
