Team Lead Project Development - Solar / BESS

We are looking for an experienced Development Lead to join a growing renewable energy team in Germany.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage your own projects while also working closely with and supporting other developers in the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage renewable energy projects through different stages of development.
• Take the lead on planning and permitting.
• Work closely with municipalities, authorities, landowners and other local stakeholders.
• Support the team with land and grid topics when needed.
• Keep projects moving forward and manage timelines, risks and priorities.
• Coordinate external consultants and partners.
• Look at new project opportunities and help assess their potential.
• Support and guide other developers within the team.
• Work closely with the wider team to successfully progress projects.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in renewable energy project development in Germany.
• Background in Solar PV and/or Onshore Wind or BESS.
• Good knowledge of German planning and permitting.
• Understanding of land acquisition and grid topics.
• Experience working with municipalities and local authorities.
• Comfortable managing several projects at the same time.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and good English.
