For our wellknown, international client we are hiring for an administrative support in Munich!

Aufgaben

  • Coordinating the distribution and return of devices for employee testing across the EMEA region
  • The position includes managing device inventory, preparing and shipping equipment, maintaining accurate tracking records, and supporting logistics and documentation
  • Additionally, the role involves reporting, ensuring smooth operational processes, and collaborating closely with internal teams and managers

Anforderungen

  • Previous experience in administrative, logistics, or operational support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and shipping processes
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken), german is a plus
