BIM Manager - Healthcare

Our client is a global firm specializing in engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services.

Job overview

• Coordinating and update of the BIM resolution plan
• Verifying compliance with the BIM resolution plan, coordinating processes and working arrangements to achieve agreed quality standards
• Development of the BIM project strategy of large-scale projects in whole complexity while cooperating with all project participants
• Implementing concept-oriented designs with the BIM method in the project team
• Configurating, setting up and controlling the BIM applications relevant to the project
• Updating development of internal BIM standards and guidelines, tools and methods
• Coordinating and expanding of BIM quality management through training and supporting employees in soft-ware, core processes and working methods

Your profile

• Diploma or Master in Architecture or Engineering or an adequate education
• Several years of professional experience (LPH 1 to 5), especially in execution planning
• Didactic competence in training and support of employees
• BIM technology - extensive knowledge in the application and implementation - ideally with Autodesk Revit
• Experienced in model-based cost calculation, a model-based space book and the coordination / collision checking of building models are an advantage
• Working proficiency in German and English
