The Employment Law team advises both employers and employees on everything from contracts and compliance to collective employment law, particularly focused on M&A, restructurings, pensions and employee incentives.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise clients on employment rights, disputes, and compliance
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and negotiations
• Complex restructuring and reorganization - with regards to M&A
• Collective bargaining
• Litigation
