In-House SAP Basis Consultant (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- As part of our SAP team, you will manage and administer hybrid and heterogeneous SAP structures in the public and private clouds as well as within the RISE program
- You will manage and administer the SAP ME Portal, Solution Manager, and other ALM tools
- You will be responsible for batch/job management as well as for the security of SAP systems and structures, and will routinely handle service requests and incidents related to SAP Basis as part of your day-to-day work
- Your responsibilities will also include maintaining operating systems, as well as database and backup management, and managing the SAP transport system, including SAP ChaRM
- Managing user and authorization administration, as well as SAP system and license inventory, round out your responsibilities
- In addition, you will be involved in project work—including vendor coordination in the SAP Basis environment, digitalization, and AI
Your Profile
- A degree in (Business) Computer Science, an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Integration, or a comparable qualification forms the foundation of your success
- You have proven expertise or several years of experience in SAP operations and the administration of S/4 HANA, EWM, HCM, CRM, and Cloud/Rise
- Knowledge and experience with SAP BTP and SAP Solution Manager are a plus but not required
- You have strong written and spoken German and English skills
- You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- You enjoy taking on responsibility—even across related areas—and stand out for your dedication and reliability
