Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Law (major in Law).
  • Familiar with the laws and regulations of Germany and the EU region.
  • At least 5 years of experience in foreign-related legal affairs, with substantial experience in negotiating major project contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review: Draft and review various business contracts; participate in negotiations for major contracts.
  • Dispute Resolution: Handle litigation, arbitration, and other legal disputes.
  • Legal Support: Provide legal advice to business departments, and offer opinions and suggestions on compliance and legality in operational management and business activities.
