Responsibilities
- Identify and professionally support relevant external stakeholders, key opinion leaders and medical-scientific centers
- Build and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders through personal scientific exchange on an equal footing
- Actively collaborate with scientific societies and relevant external partners in the hematology field
- Analyze and identify relevant network structures and actively gather medical-scientific insights and developments
- Design, organize and implement regional and supra-regional scientific continuing education events
- Participate in international, national and regional congresses, symposia and scientific meetings
- Support and accompany internal and external clinical study projects
- Create, prepare and further develop scientific presentation materials
- Support internal training programs, field force trainings and workshops
- Work closely in cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, in particular Training, Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs
- Provide professional project management and actively contribute in cross-functional teams
- Ensure careful documentation, confident use of IT systems and openness to new technological applications including the use of AI-supported solutions
Requirements
- Degree in a natural science, pharmaceutical or medical discipline, ideally with a doctorate, and strong medical-scientific expertise
- Professional experience as a Medical Science Liaison Manager or in a comparable medical-scientific role
- Preferably solid therapeutic‐area knowledge and professional expertise in hematology and cell therapy
- Ability to quickly, systematically and independently familiarize yourself with new indications and complex medical-scientific questions
- Enthusiasm for actively shaping projects and experience working in cross‐functional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and convey complex scientific content tailored to the audience
- High level of teamwork and cooperation combined with independence, initiative and personal flexibility
- Confident user of MS Office and openness to digital tools and modern technological applications
- Business‐fluent German and very good English, both spoken and written
