Product Manager

Position: Full-Time Permanent | Hybrid Role

Responsibilities

• Support in the definition of the product vision and strategy
• Create and maintain the product roadmap and make sure it is aligned with the company's financial planning
• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure that program and technical priorities are aligned with the product strategy and roadmap
• Merge the customer voice with company priorities
• Engage with the market and translate expressed stakeholder needs into well-defined market and product requirements
• Own the top-level requirements and be closely aligned with the Systems Engineer
• Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on impact, effort, and strategic fit
• Evaluate new markets and partnerships with a focus on strategic fit and technical feasibility
• Ensure the product is communicated clearly and compellingly to the market by coordinating product releases, campaigns, GTM and pricing strategies with the Head of Marketing and Head of Communications
• Provide technical and product details for brochures, website, social media, etc.
• Support for business cases and investment proposals

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Additional qualifications are a plus
• Solid technical understanding of drone and propulsion technology
• Basic familiarity with aerospace development processes
• High-level understanding of technical feasibility and trade-offs
• >3 years of product or project management experience in fast-paced environments
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Creativity and strategic thinking
• Strong problem-solving mindset
