About the PositionAs a Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering innovative technical products. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conducting in-depth market analysis and understanding customer needs, to translating strategic visions into clear, actionable requirements. Your expertise in product management and requirements management will be crucial as you collaborate closely with engineering teams, ensuring the successful development and launch of cutting-edge solutions. Effective stakeholder management will be key, as you align diverse internal and external parties towards a unified product vision. You are responsible for driving the development and implementation of monetization capabilities within MagentaTV across multiple markets. The role focuses on identifying and delivering revenue-generating product features such as in-UI upselling, targeted advertising placements, interactive commerce experiences, and premium content offerings.Working closely with product teams, data analysts, advertising, and commercial stakeholders, you translate monetization opportunities into concrete product initiatives and ensure their successful rollout.If you are passionate about driving impact through technology and possess a strong background in these areas, we invite you to join our dynamic team.Must-Have Skills
- Profound experience in Product Management across the entire product lifecycle
- Proven competence in Requirements Management (gathering, prioritizing, and specifying)
- Strong skills in Stakeholder Management and communication with diverse interest groups
- Expertise in Market Analysis and identifying product opportunities
- Monetization & Commercial Strategy
- Several years of experience in developing and implementing digital monetization strategies
- Experience with in-product monetization, subscription models, upselling, cross-selling, or digital commerce solutions
- Experience developing business cases and evaluating revenue potential, costs, and investments
- Understanding of advertising models, premium offerings, or partner integrations is an advantage
- Product Management
- Several years of experience in product management for digital products or platforms
- Very good knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management
- Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market concepts
- Experience managing complex product initiatives across multiple teams
- Business Development & Partner Management
- Experience building and developing strategic partnerships
- Experience working with internal and external commercial, marketing, and sales organizations
- Ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete product initiatives
- Experience managing international stakeholders and different market requirements
- TV / OTT / Digital Platforms
- Experience in TV, OTT, streaming, media, or digital platform environments is an advantage
- Understanding of digital customer journeys across mobile, web, and TV
- Knowledge of content discovery, personalization, or recommendation engines is desirable
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of API management
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
- Basic understanding of software architecture
