Remote Emergency/General Radiologist Days - Saline Valley Diagnostic Radiology

Position Summary

Saline Valley Diagnostic Radiology (SVDR) has served the Southern Illinois Community for over 40 years, providing diagnostic services to 10 Illinois hospitals, as well as many affiliated clinics and express care centers. SVDR is seeking a Full‐Time Remote Emergency | General Radiologist to support our growing practice. Fellowship experience in Emergency Radiology, Body Imaging, Neuroradiology or Musculoskeletal Radiology is a plus, but not required. Experience in ER is also preferred. The ideal candidate must be capable of reading a broad spectrum of diagnostic imaging and maintain a desire to work in a collaborative environment with local referring physicians.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedule: Remote M‐F
• Shift: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. or 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. CST (Flexible)
• 100% General case mix
• 215 shifts annually
• No Call duty
• No weekends
• Capable of reading various diagnostic modalities
• No mammography or PET CT required

Desired Professional Skills and Experience

• Board certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy, residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in any subspecialty is preferred, but not required
• Ability to obtain an Illinois and Missouri license is required

Compensation

Salary range: $500,000 – $525,000 annually. Final determination may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other factors. This role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
