Senior Legal Counsel | IT & Public Procurement Law
Our client, a leading technology and services organisation, is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house legal team. This is a high-visibility role supporting business leaders on a range of commercial, technology, and public sector matters.
The Role
You will:
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial and IT contracts (including cloud, software, services and licensing agreements)
- Advise on public sector tenders and procurement processes
- Support complex technology and digital transformation projects
- Identify and manage legal and commercial risks
- Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders across the organisation
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the technology sector
About You
- Fully qualified lawyer
- Experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house legal team
- Strong background in IT, technology, commercial contracts and/or public procurement law
- Able to balance legal risk with commercial objectives
- Confident stakeholder manager with a pragmatic approach
- Fluent in German and English
