Senior Manager ERP

🚀 Senior Manager (Cloud ERP) | Germany

Are you an experienced Finance Transformation professional with a passion for ERP and helping clients modernise their finance functions?

On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Senior Manager, to lead complex Finance Transformation and Cloud ERP programmes, working with senior stakeholders to design future-ready finance operating models and technology landscapes.

You'll be involved in:

• Leading Finance Transformation and Cloud ERP implementation projects

• Advising clients on finance processes, ERP strategy, and system design

• Managing workstreams, teams, and client relationships

• Supporting ERP implementations across testing, migration, cutover, and PMO

• Mentoring consultants and contributing to business development

• Working with leading Cloud ERP platforms including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, and NetSuite

We're looking for professionals who have:

✅ Experience leading Finance Transformation or ERP implementation projects

✅ Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes

✅ Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms

✅ Previous consulting or industry Finance/IT experience

✅ Leadership and stakeholder management experience

✅ Fluent German and English
