I'm currently supporting an international healthcare technology company that is expanding its Product Management team and looking to appoint a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and commercial success of its AI digital pathology portfolio

.This is a strategic, customer-facing position, working across product, software, engineering and commercial teams to deliver solutions that support the future of pathology and diagnostic workflows

• leDefine the long-term direction and commercial strategy for AI-based digital pathology product
• s.Work closely with technical, scientific and commercial stakeholders to prioritise product developmen
• t.Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, industry trends and competitive analysi
• s.Lead new product initiatives from early development through to successful market adoptio
• n.Develop product messaging, positioning and commercial launch plan
• s.Collaborate with customers, industry experts and external partners to shape future product capabilitie

Requireme

• ntsPrevious Product Management experience within Digital Pathology, AI Healthcare, Medical Software, Diagnostics or Life Scienc
• es.Experience managing software or AI-enabled healthcare products throughout the product lifecyc
• le.Strong understanding of pathology workflows, laboratory diagnostics or digital health technologi
• es.Commercially minded with experience supporting product adoption and market grow
• th.Confident working with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, commercial and scientific functio
